INOVIT ALLOY WHEELS - At Inovit, we pride ourselves on our skills for innovation, striving to keep one step ahead of our competition with designs and technology right at the forefront of the industry. From a small trading company, we have grown into a worldwide brand spanning 15 years in duration and covering the US, UK, Northern and Southern European, Central and Southern Asian and Australasian markets. We have 2 brand new manufacturing facilities, one in Siyang - China and the other in Mumbai, India. Both are set up to cover all territories in which INOVIT has branch or region coverage and both have state of the art machinery and processes required to keep our company innovating and staying at the top of our game.
Every Inovit wheel produced utilises the very latest in heat treatment process to ensure the utmost and rigidity combined with optimum weight for performance. Using back-milling, undercutting, side-spoke milling, step-lip, deep inner-lip processes and having a vast range of staggered and aggressive offset options, we are considered by many the number one company for 'on-trend' designs and innovations. We also have a range of fitments and sizes suited to almost every car on the roads today, from a Fiat 500 to Porsche 911 Turbo.
We also have our own private tyre label - WOLFSBURG TYRES, and we will be displaying these products alongside our alloy wheel collection. The Xcellera UHP and Xplorer SUV tread patterns cover a vast array of sizes and incorporate a unique very well designed tread pattern to produce high levels of grip in both dry and wet conditions whist maintaining a very low noise level, which is something a lot of tyre manufacturers cannot claim!
The company was started in a small apartment in the northern area of the Netherlands, in an area known as Friesland. It started as a trading company which grew quickly and the first warehouse for the company was secured and a stable foundation for the business established.
The INOVIT brand was formulated and a new venture in the UK market started. A large distribution centre was born in Coventry, in the Heart of England. Drawing on the experience previously gained in The Netherlands, we were ready to take on the established names in the market.
Next came setting up the Chinese operation for INOVIT. With the manufacture already there, we decided to capitalize on the success of the brand and the growing consumer market for alloy wheels in China. China is also extremely well appointed to serve the south east Asian markets, so that future was envisaged alongside the Chinese domestic market.
After China came the USA. We set up a distribution centre in California. California is well known to be the most populated alloy wheel brand centre in the USA. We appointed the President of the company who has over 20yrs experience in the US market and the venture came at a time when the US market was transforming and leaning more to the European styles which are envisaged within the Inovit range. Perfect timing!
Then two branches came in quick succession at near opposite sides of the world! A mammoth task to open simultaneous distribution centre's, but drawing on the experience of a very capable group of managers and staff, the establishments came without any headaches! INOVIT Srl, set up in Bologna, northern Italy and INOVIT Pty set up in Melbourne, Australia. Both markets very different, but fully receivable to the INOVIT brand, such is the diversity of the range of products on offer.
Spanning over 15yrs now, INOVIT has 7 distribution centre's (including the Indian market serviced by the experienced INOVIT/NEO team in Mumbai) and 2 privately owned manufacturing facilities and affiliation with numerous other manufacturing options across the globe - all with the aim to provide the best service and the most innovative products to the market, supported by dedicated in-house wheel technicians and designers, marketing team, IT and web design team which are ALL linked by our very own ERP online system.
The Efision ERP system is also created in-house and provides all the tools needed to run a business, from a single online system. Accounting, Stock Control, Sales, Warehousing, Customer interface, Reporting - all from the same system and is 100% live. This system has helped lead the growth of the company in such a short space of time. We are extremely proud to be part of the development of this system and extremely grateful for how efficient and convenient the system makes day to day operations.
